Hydraulic Pusher

Hydraulic scrappusher is used to push the scrap into the furnace during melting operation. Scrap pusher-mounted and controlled remotely through the control desk. Hydraulic system is used for boom operation which helps with maximum working range. Gear with an electric motor is use to push the scrap in cruicible. It is a hydraulically operated machine of sturdy construction use for iron & steel furance, aluminium holding furnaces and in other hot metal furnace. This rduces the melting cycling time by 15% to 20% the cartridges are designed to facilitate digging into the crust of metal scrap and push it into crucible.
